What people are saying

“Palmyra Shala is a gift to the community – a much needed sanctuary for the women and men of Palmyra and surrounds.

“I enjoy being witness to the calming effect the Shala has on people as they enter its doors. Shoulders drop, busy minds relax a little and one’s breath has space to deepen.

“ I have been fortunate to host regular relaxation classes and retreats here and I’m grateful for the spaciousness in which to guide attendees into relaxation.”
